Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned security researcher to spearhead the development of next-generation AI threat defense.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced threat modeling for AI systems, with expertise in LLM jailbreaking and AI agent red teaming.

Pioneering research domains, publishing industry-defining papers, and establishing gold standards for AI security practices are key responsibilities.

A successful candidate will be able to:

  • Design and implement advanced threat models for AI systems
  • Create realistic red team scenarios, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model manipulation
  • Develop proof-of-concept exploits demonstrating AI vulnerabilities
  • Shape industry-wide security standards for AI

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 0-10+ years of security research experience
  • A proven track record as a bug bounty hunter with demonstrated exploits
  • Deep application security knowledge
  • A passion for AI safety and governance
