Oracle Demantra Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Demantra consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong experience in demand management, predictive trade planning, and deductions & settlement management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
- Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
- Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
- Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
- Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
