Visualisation Artist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D design specialist with hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design tools. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max, and Coohom.

The successful candidate will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.

Key Responsibilities include developing and refining 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, utilizing SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom to produce photorealistic visualizations, collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements, presenting creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams, maintaining accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards, and staying updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the following software: SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D), Enscape, 3ds max, Lumion, and Coohom.

• Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
• Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies.
• Experience in client presentations and design coordination.
