Real Estate Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to oversee financial processes and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial processes using software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and review financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within software, ensuring timely and accurate processing, invoice reconciliation, and vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Facilitate audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within software, streamline procedures, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
