Speech Therapist Role

The Power Learning Centre, a leading multi-disciplinary institution in Mumbai, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team.

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate tests and evaluation tools to assess child development and therapy planning.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports for each child, outlining goals and recommendations for intervention.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans to support child progress.
  • Regularly revise goals based on child progress, ensuring consistent parental engagement and trust.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with parents, obtaining signed feedback and revisions to plans as needed.
  • Re-evaluate children periodically, preparing quarterly progress reports and revising intervention plans accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Build effective working relationships with the Centre Head, colleagues, and reporting managers, contributing to collaborative care planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a child-centric, empathetic approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.

Benefits: We offer competitive compensation, above industry standards, for skilled candidates willing to relocate. Salary ranges from Rs. 70,000 / month - 1,00,000 / month depending on skills and experience.
