Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our core team as an Export and Compliance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations, including data management, documentation, and client project support.
  • Collaborate with consultants on export incentives, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and audits.
  • Support research & analysis for client projects, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to ensure client deliverables are aligned.
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive projects independently with guidance.
Requirements:
  • BBA / MBA (International Business, Finance, or related field) preferred.
  • Strong interest in exports, compliance, consulting, or international trade.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player: takes work seriously, enthusiastic, and hungry for opportunities.
