Senior Pastry Craftsperson

This is a full-time position for a Pastry Chef located in the South Goa district. The successful candidate will support the Head Pastry Chef in creating and presenting a variety of pastries and baked goods.

• Preparing baking ingredients, following traditional and modern recipes to produce high-quality products.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen.
• Assisting in the decoration and presentation of finished products to meet customer expectations.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the workspace.

• Prior experience in pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making.
• Ability to follow and adjust recipes according to customer preferences.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is advantageous.
