Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend architecture for deploying and scaling ML solutions using strong software engineering fundamentals and applied machine learning expertise.
  • Work with cloud-native infrastructure to design cost-efficient, high-availability ML pipelines and scalable cloud-supported backend solutions.
  • Implement ML lifecycle workflows, from experiment tracking to orchestration.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product development, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model serving, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams in a startup fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
  • 1-3 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Programming languages: MERN, Python, Golang; Java is optional but a plus.
  • Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB.
  • MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud & Infra: AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI.
  • Versioning & Collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, code reviews, unit testing.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code with strong debugging & testing discipline.
  • Design backend APIs to support AI-driven process optimization and NLP-powered automations.
  • Startup-ready mindset: adaptable, curious, hands-on.
  • Strong ownership + problem-solving.
  • Eager to push Generative AI into real-world adoption.
