About Our Role:

We're seeking a skilled Growth Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and growth optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth cohort analysis using mobile app data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Create complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes on growth metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
