Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional to drive smarter decision-making using artificial intelligence.

  • Improve customer outcomes by personalising experiences through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization, sentiment detection, classification, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to set up scalable data pipelines and APIs, ensuring seamless model deployment.
  • Constantly monitor model performance and retrain as needed, staying up-to-date with developments in Generative AI.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, feature engineering, and model deployment, with hands-on experience implementing Generative AI use cases.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with familiarity with LLM frameworks and cloud services.
  • Demonstrated ability to take AI models from notebook to production, with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Fintech, BFSI, or working with credit and customer data, with understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and model fairness.
