As a highly skilled Mechatronics/ Electronics professional, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems for avionics and electronic systems in aerospace projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components with mechanical systems into Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects at the forefront of aerospace technology.

The position requires spearheading complex electronics system design, analysis, and integration. A deep technical expert, this role necessitates a profound understanding of core electronics engineering principles with proficiency in mechanical engineering, focusing on designing state-of-the-art solutions for demanding applications.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-precision electro-mechanical systems. Defining selection criteria for key electronics & mechanical components, testing and validating them for use in different sub-systems. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate embedded systems with mechanical systems, ensuring alignment in design parameters and tolerance considerations. Develop and implement comprehensive testing and verification strategies to ensure the robustness and integrity of embedded software & mechanical systems throughout the development lifecycle. Identify and mitigate risks associated with embedded software development & mechanical systems proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in electronics and mechatronics with a focus on electro-mechanical design.
  • Hands-on expertise in housing electronic & circuit assembly.
  • Proficiency in parametric modeling CAD software.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
