Job Title: Software Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled software automation specialist to join our team. As a software automation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).

Your primary focus will be on performing functional, regression, and smoke testing of web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and improve test coverage.
  • Maintain test data and test environments.
  • Contribute to improving test strategies and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience in Playwright for web testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and Agile practices.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Git and CI tools (like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
