We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance.
Job OverviewThis role will be responsible for leading the development of our agency, including managing agents, advisors, and other teams. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of insurance products, and the ability to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our agency, including managing agents, advisors, and other teams.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in agency management, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of insurance products and regulations.
