Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and development team for NMC technology in various battery cell formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory management: Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and reconciled against SAP stock with zero discrepancies and optimal composition of raw materials and assembly materials.
  • Adhere to 5S principles: Implement, sustain, and continuously improve 5S throughout production areas, enhancing Safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Interpret large data sets in SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Some key tasks include reconciling row materials, assembly materials, and finished goods from receipt through dispatches, ensuring zero discrepancy and consumption posting as per the BOM. Cycle counting and adjusting stock through an approved process is also crucial. Additionally, implementing Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) for discrepancies is essential.
