Entity Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Entity Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive reference data across multiple platforms, including Diligent Entities Platform, EFont, PE AUM Portal, and App 2. This role involves executing ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in the Diligent platform, as well as supporting larger-scale data cleanup initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entity setup and maintenance for alternatives business, including Luxembourg entities in Diligent Platform.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Data Integrity & Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies.
