Job Description

Mahindra Rise is seeking an experienced Automotive NVH Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive systems modeling, simulation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in static and dynamic analysis, including Global Stiffness, Global modes, Dynamic stiffness, and ERP.
  • Develop and implement optimization processes to quickly arrive at modifications that meet targets.
  • Create Process documentation for system-level NVH simulations and optimization.
  • Analyze noise and vibration issues at the system level and identify root causes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Machine Design Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Automotive NVH engineering, with a focus on simulation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in MSC/NASTRAN, Altair/OPTISTRUCT, and LMS/Virtual Lab.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive industry experience.
