About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Agile software delivery environments, including Scrum Teams, Kanban Teams, and Agile Release Trains.
  • At least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in Information Technology.
  • 7-10 years of experience in working with organizations focused on digital transformation.
  • 4+ years of experience in full product life cycle management of digital products from idea to launch and maintenance.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate:

  • Expert problem-solving ability and experience leading groups through problem-solving methodology.
  • +4 years of Agile Coaching experience at team, product/program/release train, and executive levels.
  • +2 years of Product Owner/Scrum Master experience.
  • Must-have certifications: SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) and CSM/PSM or CSPO/PSPO.
