Visual Content Evaluator – AI Training Data Quality Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking meticulous and creatively attuned visual content evaluators to contribute to the training and refinement of large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will assess the quality of visual data and provide expert-level feedback based on established guidelines.

Your evaluations will directly impact how AI systems understand and generate visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Review: Critically assess visual tasks and outputs based on internal standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure submitted data aligns with principles of high-quality design and AI training standards.
  • Apply Design Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of design elements such as hierarchy, contrast, balance, proximity, alignment, repetition, and unity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of visual design principles and fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot nuanced visual inconsistencies and apply design theory in practical assessments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a critical, analytical eye for creative work.
  • Ability to internalize guidelines and apply them consistently across multiple tasks.

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Candidates with prior experience in graphic design, photography, advertising, motion design, animation, visual effects, post-production, computer-generated imagery, or formal design education are strongly encouraged to apply.
