Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations:

  • Managing tax advisory engagements independently
  • Delivering tax opinions, notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Overseeing tax compliances such as filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings
  • Representing clients before tax authorities for assessment, rectification, and other matters
  • Training assistant managers and executives for professional development and creating a stronger bench
  • Delivering clients with tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services
  • Serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones for business development
  • Collaborating with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements
  • Contributing to firm eminence programs and events

Key qualifications include:

  • CA-5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Analytical skills and conceptual clarity

  • Team management and leadership
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
