Job Description:

Leverage your research prowess to propel growth and innovation at a user-centric UI/UX design agency. As a UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in shaping digital products that cater to users' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gain a deep understanding of users' behaviors and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various research methodologies, including user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative and quantitative domain research.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to stay ahead of the competition in the mobile and web space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Specialization in UX research or a related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience (strong and relevant internship experience in UX research can also be considered).
