This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to automate business processes and manage feature changes in collaboration applications.

As the Collaboration Systems Engineer, you will oversee platform administration, integration, and ongoing feature changes. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing relationships to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems.
  • Ensuring system security, implementing standards, and responding to failures or performance issues.
  • Producing performance reports for senior management.
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced services.
