We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Digital Content Creator. As a Digital Content Creator with 1-2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital brand presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and organizational skills, with hands-on experience in designing digital content, managing social media calendars, and developing employer branding strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Creation: Develop and curate engaging and creative content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate relationships with influencers, customers, and partners to build an active and loyal community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new product launches, sales, and special events.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media platforms and campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Paid Advertising: Support the execution of paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and industry news to optimize content and strategies.
  • Collaborations: Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors for partnerships and content collaboration to expand reach and visibility.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

· Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of social media trends, content marketing, and brand management.
