We are seeking a highly skilled professional who is comfortable working in data quality assurance and leadership roles.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills combined with leadership qualities to guide junior engineers, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting testing efforts for ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Migrations with a strong focus on Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data validation and quality assurance
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation between source and target systems
  • Design data quality frameworks for Athena's Snowflake environment
  • Validate data completeness, transformations, and client onboarding workflows
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical direction and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in ETL/ DWH testing, with at least 2+ years working on Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent)
