Rane Madras Ltd (RML) is seeking an experienced Head of Global Service Delivery to lead our Shared Services Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational excellence, with experience in managing large-scale teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global service delivery strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Service Levels Agreements and associated governance and project management.
  • Lead and manage all management and administrative functions to ensure smooth delivery of Rane Business Services.
  • Responsible for the management of all SSC related contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure effective interlock with key business leaders and continuously update them on SSC Operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing / implementation of Shared services, with experience in SAP HANA, Accounting knowledge of all segments with financial controls and compliance standards.

The desired candidate profile includes:

  • 15+ years of total experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA.
  • Accounting knowledge of all segments with financial controls and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to IT Applications Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing interfaces to other functions.
  • Recognized expertise in cross-functional process development.
  • Strong track record of innovation, creativity, problem solving & productivity in projects.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills.
