Senior Quality Engineer Position

We seek an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead the development and implementation of effective testing strategies and automation.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous testing and automation.

  • Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction)
  • Deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI and machine learning to drive quality engineering initiatives.
  • Design and execute test strategies for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
