Event Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses.

This role involves owning the full event lifecycle – from audience acquisition to post-event follow-ups – using engaging communication, targeted campaigns, and strategic coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies
  • Drive engagement and attendance through high-performing campaigns via multiple channels
  • Craft compelling and clear event communication copy across all channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Analyze event performance and optimize continuously
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase reach and engagement

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, project management & problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience psychology, and content performance
  • Analytical mindset – ability to look at data and draw actionable insights
  • Creative approach to solving complex problems
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WebEngage, WhatsApp APIs
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional coordination
  • Self-motivated – you take ownership of every event
