The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) or Order to Cash (O2C) with a strong understanding of Transactional Quality. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a UK shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality checks to ensure adherence to process requirements
  • Provide timely feedback to agents on errors identified
  • Analyze customer comeback data to identify areas for improvement
  • Meet monthly sampling targets as defined by the Quality Service Definition (QSD)
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of WNS Global Services. The estimated salary range for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
