Key Responsibilities
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).
  • Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
