Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Proto Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining test setups, tracking instruments and tools, and ensuring the safety of our lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain test setups, including electrical wiring and software flashing.
  • Track instruments and tools, ensuring they are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Maintain a safe and organized lab environment, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide materials and samples as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email.
  • Basic knowledge of PCBA testing and electronic components.
