Position Title: SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across multiple projects.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Deliver user training and conduct workshops as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  • Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2 years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is highly desirable.
