Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage our Salesforce.com environment, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce environment with over 30 users.
  • Maintain user accounts, configure reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Oversee data feeds and integrations.
  • Collaborate on development requests, evaluating scope and requirements.
  • Develop processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Provide training and skill development for new users across the organization.
  • Liaise between users, vendors, and application development teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
