Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR-related processes like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Self Service HR (SS HR), Workforce Management, and Compensation Management.
  • Configure and customize the Oracle HRMS system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Ensure that the HRMS system complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of domain experience with good understanding of HR Functions / HRMS / Payroll process flow.
  • Experience in HR operations or as a HR generalist.
  • Experience in HR software as an end user.
  • Courses or certification related to HRMS / HCM will be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication and teamwork skills.
  • No travel constraints across India & abroad.
  • No work experience as Oracle HRMS/HCM.
