We are seeking a visionary Research Scientist to lead our BioAgri Group. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratories, guiding product testing and registration, protecting intellectual property, identifying new technologies, and ensuring successful product development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic vision for the BioAgri group aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of scientists and researchers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the discovery, development, and commercialization of novel products targeted at global markets.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Crop Science, Agricultural Biotechnology, or related fields, with a minimum of 12 years of postdoctoral experience in Agri-biotech companies or biotechnology industries focused on Agri-input formulations.
Demonstrated expertise in developing novel bio-based formulations for crop improvement and protection is required. Experience working with multiple active ingredients in agri-input bioformulations and strong command of fundamental plant molecular biology techniques are essential.
A proven ability to lead highly skilled teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technical environments is necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required, as the candidate must be able to clearly convey technical information to various audiences.
The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of scientists and researchers specializing in BioAgri.
