Job Description

The Team Lead at Blue Kaktus will be responsible for managing solution roll-outs of BlueKaktus supply chain applications, ensuring high-impact project delivery.

This role involves 50% coding and 50% management, requiring strong technical skills in SQL, Angular, and Dotnet, along with leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project plans, facilitating user-review/testing sessions, driving system integrations, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience in the required technical areas, knowledge of Azure Cloud, and excellent communication skills.

  • SQL: At least 5 Years hands-on Relevant
  • Angular: At least 2 Years hands-on Relevant
  • Dotnet: At least 5 Years hands-on Relevant
  • At least 2 years working as a Lead and handling a team
  • Knowledge on Azure Cloud
  • Only BE / B.Tech

The role offers opportunities to work closely with the Product Head and CEO, and to influence the technical direction of the company.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
