Lead Software Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced software development leader to oversee the development of high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development Leadership: Lead a team of developers in creating efficient and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and standards.
  • CodeIgniter (CI 1 & 4): Experience working with legacy and modern versions of the CodeIgniter framework is required.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Code Quality: Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance, and guide team members in adopting best practices.
  • Bug Fixing: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
  • Technology Trends: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advocate for best engineering practices.
