We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team at thinkbridge. As a key member of our data analysis department, you will play a pivotal role in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic decision-making and fueling business growth.

What We Expect from You

We're looking for a talented individual with advanced data analysis skills to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis products, particularly Power BI.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation, blogs, and video tutorials to educate internal and external customers on effective data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Mentoring Level 1 (L1) data analysts to enhance their troubleshooting skills and ability to independently solve issues.
  • Collaborating directly with customers to understand their data analysis requirements and providing prompt, effective solutions to their queries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analysis role.
    • Proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly rated expertise in Advanced SQL (Analytical / Aggregate Functions).
    • Proficiency in Azure Data Factory.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and directly with customers.
    • Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel, including Lookup/Pivot tables.
  • Good to Have
    • Demonstrated experience in using ETL Tools (Azure Data Factory)/Data Warehousing and Data Modelling (Star Schemas / Snowflake Schemas).
    • Exposure to additional BI processes like Power Automate, and Power Apps.
    • Previous work experience as a Software Developer.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Plus benefits like remote work options, flexible hours, family insurance, and quarterly in-person collaboration weeks.
