Seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Strategist with over 12 years of experience in quality engineering and test automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

A solid background in Functional, UI, API, and Database testing is a must, along with good exposure to Performance Testing concepts and tools.

  • Define and Implement QA Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across projects.
  • Lead and Mentor QA Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
  • Test Automation Expertise: Oversee development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD).
  • Test Planning and Execution: Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Adoption: Drive the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Quality Advocacy: Own and manage QA-related tools, infrastructure, and process improvements.
  • Traceability and Metrics: Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test metrics/dashboards.
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis and provide mitigation strategies for testing challenges.
