Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of software products through thorough testing and development practices.

  • Develop and implement api tests and webservices testing strategies
  • Develop, and execute automated test scripts using selenium
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure software quality and stability
  • Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers
  • Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in api testing and webservices testing
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools such as selenium
  • Good understanding of sdet principles
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as java, python, or javascript
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills to interact with cross functional teams
Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing api tests and webservices testing strategies, developing and executing automated test scripts using selenium, collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure software quality and stability, identifying and reporting software defects and inconsistencies, participating in code reviews and providing feedback to developers, and maintaining and enhancing existing automated test frameworks.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in api testing and webservices testing, proficiency in automated testing tools such as selenium, good understanding of sdet principles, solid programming skills in languages such as java, python, or javascript, knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills to interact with cross functional teams.
