Job Role Summary

The position entails collaboration with client partners to enhance processes and controls, ultimately leading to increased capacity and scalability.

This role involves the processing of syndicated loans, including participation/agented/bilateral deals. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the process area and apply it effectively to operational scenarios, providing practical solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.
  • Supporting analysts/senior analysts/team leads with query resolution & exceptions.
  • Client Management – establishing strong relationships and working closely to achieve defined goals.
  • Handling client escalations & independently managing back office operations.
  • Generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management.
  • Mentoring & developing new/existing team members.
  • Highlighting risk/control issues within the process to senior managers and working on mitigating them.
  • Identifying Process Improvement (PI) opportunities and delivering benefits.
  • Identifying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities within the process.
  • Documentation and Change Management.
  • Leading various quality initiatives across managed processes.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of finance industry processes, particularly Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.

He/She should be proficient with numbers, able to derive information from data, have excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.

He/She should possess strong capabilities in PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, and be able to build domain expertise, lead from the front, and work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work as part of a team.
