Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned network professional with extensive experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network issues in a global environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will work with leading-edge Cisco routing technologies to ensure uninterrupted network availability. Your primary responsibilities will include continuous network monitoring and incident management to minimize downtime and optimize global network performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing continuous network monitoring and incident management to minimize downtime and optimize global network performance.
  • Collaborating with global service providers to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure high network uptime and rapid restoration of services.
  • Configuring, managing, and supporting Cisco routing technologies to meet the needs of our dynamic organization.
  • Providing expert-level support for switching and firewall operations.

You Will Also Be Responsible For:

  • Maintaining detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory for this role.
  • 6–7 years of proven experience in network engineering and support.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco Routing technologies, including configuration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Switching and Firewalls to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network outages to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
