Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our visual brand identity. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and delivering high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative concepts for marketing and branding initiatives across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements.
  • Create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative and emerging techniques into our designs.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts for various marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a proven track record working with North American clients.
  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition for impactful visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.
  • Detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
