Senior Director Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Director will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product reliability strategy across design, testing, manufacturing, and field performance for electrolyzer systems. This is a key leadership position that requires strong expertise in product development, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product reliability strategy to ensure high-quality products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive product development and improvement.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, quality assurance, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
