Role Overview:

  • As a Senior Social Media Specialist at Whizlabs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement, and expanding our community across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Design and execute social media strategies to boost followers, increase interactions, and drive traffic to our website and product pages.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and relevant topics to create timely and compelling posts.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer collaborations, to maximize reach and impact.
  • Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, and optimize efforts based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment of social media strategies with broader campaigns.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop innovative and competitive strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or digital education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing business accounts, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.
  • Excellent creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with analytics tools and paid advertising platforms, with a focus on optimizing social media campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Prior experience in community management and influencer campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
