We're an integrated Saas system aiming to minimize costs through automation, accounting, sharing and compliance tools.
Our platform offers a range of valuation services for helping founders find their company's valuation for fundraising and ESOP issuance.
We're looking for a driven Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for users and instructions for internal use on our software system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive support articles on software features for clients
- Crafting instruction manuals for internal use
- Designing systems and creating internal/external support guides
- Assisting in the preparation of details for developing new features
- Liaising with different teams regarding product development or project details
- Handling ad hoc assignments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
- 1 year of experience in software/product related roles (preferred)
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent report writing and research skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to handle remote work and set own deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
