About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing solutions, planning and delivering proof of concept demonstrations, and working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  2. Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  3. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs
  4. Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  5. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  6. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Requirements:

  1. You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  2. You have prior experience in presales
  3. You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  4. You have strong presentation skills
  5. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
  6. Candidates must have certified courses in any of these from Workspace1, JAMF 100, Microsoft, K7
