The role of a seasoned Social Media Manager is pivotal in shaping the online presence of our financial services platform. As we strive to empower individuals with knowledge and confidence, we seek a strategic thinker who can build and execute a multi-channel social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a data-informed social media strategy across platforms.
  • Launch and scale social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee content planning, thematic calendars, briefs, creative direction, and platform-specific optimization.
  • Lead the development of a social brand from scratch, establishing voice, identity, content pillars, cadence, and audience acquisition plans.
  • Formalize processes, SOPs, workflows, and approval systems for streamlined operations and quality control.
  • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, reach, follower growth, sentiment, conversions, and use insights to iterate strategies and optimize content performance.
  • Manage and leverage tools for listening, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:
  • 7-8 years of experience in social media strategy management.
  • Proven track record of scaling brand presence across channels.
  • Deep experience in setting up processes, SOPs, approval workflows, and maintaining execution consistency.
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from platform analytics and social listening tools.
  • Proficient or familiar with tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite.
