Speech Therapist Required

The role of Speech Therapist is to evaluate, diagnose and treat speech and language disorders in children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports for each child.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Regularly revise goals based on each child's progress.
  • Ensure parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with parents and obtain feedback.
  • Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare progress reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes and other required documentation.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Child-centric and empathetic approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
