Key to Success in Interior Project Coordination

The role of the Interior Project Coordinator is a pivotal link between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle. A high degree of organizational skills, strong client relationships, and an in-depth understanding of project processes within the interior field are essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review project proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and regular progress updates.
  • Organize and manage all project-related files and documents in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlement and post-project completion activities.
  • Analyze project costs to ensure they align with approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and project account closure.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and executives as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • A deep understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
