Senior Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our team in optimizing revenue cycle management and minimizing write-offs.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader with excellent leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of US Healthcare practices and regulations is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve denial management, AR collections, and cash application processes.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
  3. Lead a team to achieve optimal results in revenue cycle management.
  4. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  5. Prioritize US Healthcare experience in denial management, AR collections, and healthcare RCM.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience with a minimum of 1 year of management-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare and its practices.
