SQL Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerBI, SQL, and database management systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and optimize relational database structures.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and implement database security, backup queries, and optimization and recovery processes.
  • Integrate SQL databases with application and reporting tools.
  • Optimize PowerBI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI tools and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest PowerBI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for PowerBI and SQL.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in SQL development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in PowerBI and SQL development.
  • Relevant MS PowerBI Developer Certifications and SQL certifications.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
